Returns Policy of Physical Products:

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. Items must be sealed, unused, in their pre-delivery condition, and in their original packaging, unopened. For customized items, or the Self-Mastery Membership Gift Box, there will be no returns accepted as this item is delivered to the Self-Mastery members free of charge!

To initiate a physical product return, please send the parcel back with paid postage & include a copy of your invoice with your order number. Once we receive & inspected the item & find it undamaged, un-tampered & in good condition. 

We will process a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

No change of mind returns accepted!

Digital Product Return Policy:

All sales of digital products are final.

Due to the nature of our digital downloads, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on digital items.

If you experience any delays or issues with your digital purchase, please check all your email folders for the downloadable items. If you have any further unresolved digital product download problems, please reply to the last email you received from us.

Please ensure that your device is compatible with the file formats provided before purchasing.

All SALES ARE FINAL, with the exception of certain unforeseen circumstances.

Once your product box or wrapping is opened, it is no longer in it's original packaging. You may open the parcel delivery packaging but will need to replace that at your own cost when returning an item! You must contact us within 7 days of the order delivery date at tanya@consciousbusinessmind.com to discuss any questions you may have with your order before we will consider a possible return. By sending an email you are making first contact, this does not equate to a return or a refund as we have strict quality controls for returning damaged goods, damage incurred during shipment, products that did not arrive, or items that were lost in transit.

If we missed delivering your order, we will send your parcel right away, no refund will take place.

If your parcel was stolen from your home after delivery we are not liable for any mismanagement or safety of products left unattended. Once any physical product leaves the studio it is considered shipped & you need to resolve any loss or damage through the shipping company or postal services used. We are not able to monitor packages during handling or while they are in transit. 

A failed delivery by the shipping service (domestically or internationally) or any damages to your physical product after it has been delivered is not our responsibility. We carefully package each order in rigid flat mailers, sturdy tubes or appropriate envelope to make sure your order arrives safely at its destination undamaged.

We want your package to arrive undamaged & it is our wish that you are satisfied with your purchases. Could we request that any change-of-mind purchases be passed on to someone who will enjoy it as we can not accept any change-of-mind or regret purchases.
