Love & Above... Wouldn't it be really easy to dismiss our emotions when it comes to the love we need? I mean, how often do you get to express that deep inner feeling of a thing as deep & fleeting as love?
Something that escapes us can only be felt if we allow it back into our lives. Mindfully, creatively & through practicing it in a way that does not feel overwhelming or intimidating. Afterall, we don't want to push it away even further, we really need it to come to us, right?!
But it's so much more than a feeling, it's a way of being, a way of existing in the world... Almost like a guiding principle that helps us decide what is right and what is wrong what choice do make here and where to go next.
Very few understand love in the context I'm speaking about because the word has been used for so many things;I love my cat, I love the weather, I love this, and I love that! These are very superficial ways of looking at love. What I want to discuss is that really deep look in someone's eyes, especially your own, and being able to say the words "I accept you, I need you to love yourself, and I really, really love you."
I can give you all the love & acceptance I can through everything in the Self-Mastery Membership where I create themed contents especially for you

Love in all its intensity is a difficult thing to understand but as intense as it is your heart will never forget how the butterflies flutter In pure excitement when you feel the lightness of what love really means. You'll know what this feeling feels like if you've felt it before but if you've been keeping yourself or holding yourself back from discovering that lightness then you are also a little bit further away from the light love gives.
Love is like receiving a transformational insight.
It's like dispelling every fear you've ever had.
It's an act of boldness.
An act of service towards those you care for.
And it's one of the highest commitments you can make to yourself, your life & to the people you connect with.
We were not born with an instruction manual but we do know what love feels like in the embrace of the warmest covering. The security and trust you feel when you are loved. It is something your body remembers and is always looking for in the everyday. Have you ever seen a little animal being born and how it naturally gravitates to its mother or tries to look for its mother. Who gave it that instinct how did it know to go and seek out its mother to find the one thing that it needs the most that care that loving feeling…
"Love is this guiding principle called love, that shifts our relationships. It creates a spiral of care that we bestow upon ourselves and also upon those who we come in contact with. It's that genuine feeling of belonging. Or a 20-second hug that means I see you, I recognize that you need this, I am here for you, You are Loved!” -Tanya J. de Wet
It was mind-boggling to think that once I could look at myself in the mirror & see the eyes of sadness looking back at me that I could see what was missing in my life. Now you may see something else… Maybe a bitterness, a hardened heart, a vengeful resentment or even a re-affirmation not to love again… Whatever it is you see when you look deep into your own eyes, what I want you to see is what you need! Go look in the mirror right now & see if you can recognize what you need?!
Go on, look into your soul & see if you really, really love yourself right now!
One of the things I always saw inside of me was sadness. It wasn’t that I was sad about something, it was that I felt hurt by life, hurt by the people I loved, betrayed by those I trusted… and as this deep-rooted sadness built up over the years it made me feel unworthy. It made me want to take revenge on all of them but it was always the sadness that kept on persisting most.
But I know it isn't this way for everyone. Some only have vengeful thoughts. Have you ever seen yourself in this way?
You see, this was not what I wanted to look like. I tried working harder, keeping myself busy so I won’t need to look in the mirror to see the person struggling to find love…
I never made time to look inside to find her until I found this thing I call “Creative Mindfulness”. What it basically is, is my philosophy to living a beautiful life through Head, Hands & Heart!
Before I made time for Mindful Practices I never took time to glanced into those soft eyes filled with sadness long enough to see that the person in the mirror was hurting. I buried that hurt in mountains of work & only rested when I hit burn-out! I made it my priority to work myself into a stupid state instead of holding the hand of that girl who was suffering inside… I was holding all those feelings inside with a refusal to look beyond what could be.

When we do this ourselves, life becomes so empty that we can hardly see any good in it anymore.
But now that you know why this is happening, it's time for you to fill that empty void with what's important. What is important is how love will lift you up! How love will show you the way back to what you really need.
Love will bring you in alignment with your purpose as it shows you how you much you can empower yourself back to the life you want instead.
I know it sounds like all these love songs are rolled into one sentence. And that's probably why there are so many love songs out there, because we are constantly seeking this thing that we think we are missing. Believe me, the way you’ve been keeping yourself busy so you don't feel the hurt; that's what we are here to nurture & heal through our mindful practices.

Love was made for all of us.
It was meant for you no matter what you did.
It was meant for you to show the path forward...
To guide & love you right back to truly be there as you walk through the days of your life.
Love is an intimate insight into creating a conscious life.
It's meant to be filled with purposeful things & the greatest power of all, we call Love!
Do you remember the quote:
“Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure...”
I recently read that this quote was an anthem for the contemporary generations of seekers… and if you are here today reading this message it means you've been seeking this for yourself as well. You may have been dying to feed your soul just as much as you've been yearning for something more in your life.
One thing is clear, you may have found that you lack something. This will become clear if you cannot look yourself in the mirror, gaze back at those soulful eyes, and genuinely share the message of love with yourself... If it feels hard, then it's time to take responsibility & exchange the fear of being powerless & turn it into a powerful transformation with a love so unbreakable that you cannot do anything else but live a life with love in it!
It will be found in the mindful moments you'll get to share in a deeper connection to yourself!
If you want to make a start or just need to ground yourself in love first, go have a look for yourself what is available for you >>> HERE

Much Love
