How To Become More Self-Aware & Feed Your Emotional Needs?

Sometimes we just have to run away from home or better still... ask yourself how to develop self-awareness?


When you have an inner-understanding of your emotional needs, you'll know how to fulfil your needs without having to reach out to other's who may not be able to give you what you need right away.


With this customized outlook & next level understanding of how you can nurture your needs, you'll embrace self-care on a whole new level.


But to do this, you need to meet yourself halfway & communicate what you need to your mind. You see, inside your mind you may not have been that kind to yourself up to now. And you may have created many things, but the flow state may not be one of the things happening inside... What you are looking to do in this case is to have an unselfish method to take care of your needs & create a connection to your happiness.


This not only makes you more present & self-aware, but also strengthens your relationships while you support those you care about most. Overall, it's a win-win-win situation as everyone you come in contact with will be better of & more in line with feelings of wellbeing.

Occasionally we have to do something new to come to terms with our own needs. And when we need to understand these needs, it's time to tap into the full picture of what our "love language" is. Only then will we be able to grasp how to never feel like other's need to give us what we need, we'll have the tools to create that for ourselves. Follow along as I share 5 prompts based on the five love-languages, in the video below.

It is here where our un-conscious actions lay waiting with all the childhood foundations of programming & where you'll find Creative Practices to guide you on the path to living a mindful happy, creative life with each daily practice, geared towards your upliftment & improved outlook on life & a way for you to find yourself again.

There really is no-one who knows you better than you! And all you need to do is figure out how to love yourself again.


If the person you look at in the mirror does not like who they see, they question then becomes, what can you do about it & who is seeing you through the trauma? Who is taking care of healing your heart? Who would be brave enough to help you live a better life?


The answer is easy, it's you!


But if you need someone to guide the way & light the path for you... and if you want to improve at least one area of your wellbeing with little creative practices, like writing, sketching, journaling & mindset shifts, then you are ready for personal growth.

We've been taught by society to feel bad about needing help, this has stopped so many people from actually seeking outside their own upside down minds.


There are so many more ways to get to know yourself when it comes to accepting, seeking & making changes that we sometimes forget to make time for ourselves.
