What you want is on the other side of comfort... and it's the most likely place you'll feel all the fear. But this is not as scary as it seems; it's only the thought about it that makes you feel that way!
Take a little step forward & touch the edge of your comfort zone, it's not scary, only a little bit uncomfortable, until you become comfortable with being there, then it's time to move along again!
Here's a question for you...
"Can You Step Out of Your Comfort Zone at Least Once this Month?"
And before we go any further, maybe my spilled cup of coffee could inspire you to take a new look at how much you time you have left for this year & to get your act together...

8 Tips to Get You Going
1. Do More of What You Love (I know I say this all the time)
Doing what you love doesn’t mean everything will turn out like sunshine & roses although it helps to stay buoyant when things get hard.
2. Make it Clear to Your Mind that You are in Charge!
Take a few minutes every morning to make a list of promises you want to keep to yourself that day & work towards that goal. Keeping your promises to yourself is the only way to put your will in motion & get where you want to be faster.
3. Get Structured
Being mindful of the time you spend on different tasks helps you to spot inefficient time wasters & gives you an optimized overview of what you are doing with your time. If you are feeling less than "on top of the world", set aside some time to relax. make it one of your promises to schedule in time to unwind so you won't feel neglected or run down.
4. Limit Your Notifications
You know what I mean >>> Beating the very silly idea that you are somehow missing out is creating FOMO (fear of missing out) Not only are you wasting away time, you are also avoiding tasks as every beep takes your attention somewhere new... And by choosing to limit some notifications you gain back your mind & have less distractions.
5. Split Tasks Into Projects
Monotony is one of the most overlooked causes of distraction. If you do the same things repeatedly, life can get repetitive & make you feel defeated. While it’s true that some tasks require deep focus, repeated tasks & a dedication in terms of time, you can always split projects into different phases & switch to different activities. With each activity giving you a fresh perspective on the thing you're working without it feeling like your life is on autopilot!
“At the beginning of every day, I do a little self-evaluation on the One Page Morning Magic Sheet to make sure I'm on the right timeline during the day, know what my top priority is. And at the end of the day, I get to go to bed reflecting on what worked well!
6. Give Yourself Enough Time
Just give yourself enough time! You don't need to rush through everything... be mindful & present by doing what needs to be done first & make sure you give yourself enough time!
7. Take Little Breaks
Small activities between hard thinking tasks can play a big role in relieving tension or overwhelm & a little break during all the projects you are busy with will refresh your mind, rejuvenate your work day & it will give your a sense of nurtured comfort especially if you've been burning the midnight oil.
8. Have Processes in Place
In the timeline of your day you'll need to work on the things that matter & dedicating a little snippet of time to create the processes is like having your brain work like a Mega-Mind. it all get's done in record time which in turn frees up more time for your favourite things!
