Returns Policy of Physical Products:

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be sealed, unused, in their pre-delivery condition, and in their original packaging, unopened. For customized items, or the Self-Mastery Membership Gift Box, there will be no returns accepted as this item is delivered to the Self-Mastery members free of charge!

 

To initiate a physical product return, please send the parcel back with paid postage & include a copy of your invoice with your order number. Once we receive & inspected the item & find it undamaged, un-tampered & in good condition. 

 

We will process a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

 

No change of mind returns accepted!

Due to the nature of our digital downloads, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on digital items.

If you experience any delays or issues with your digital purchase, please check all your email folders for the downloadable items. If you have any further unresolved digital product download problems, please reply to the last email you received from us.
