Cancellation Policy

Due to the limited spaces available, our scheduled bookings need to be cancelled two days (2 days) prior to the class/event/service offered. We cannot refund your booking at the full price after the two day (2 day) cancellation period due to supplies, tools, venue & other costs hat must be covered in preparation for each class/event or services offered. No automatic rescheduling is allowed - YOU MUST MAKE ARRANGEMENTS TO RESCHEDULE ANY CLASS/EVENT or SERVICES ON OFFER. If for any reason you are not able to call or let someone call on your behalf, 50% of your fee will be withheld as booking fees. All bookings on our site will prompt you to the payment portal where you can secure your place & prepare your supplies, tools, workbooks &/or other contents for the class/event or service you booked in for. Please keep your ticket handy & make sure you check-in at the class/event or for the services offered. This is to make sure your loyalty points are being tracked & kept up to date. *Life happens to us all & in the case where it happens in such a way as to prevent you from attending a booked class/event or service you've paid for. It would be much appreciated if you could send us a text message or an email PRIOR to, to explain your special circumstances or why you can't attend a class/event or show up for a service being offered. Your payment will be held for the next available class & exchanged for another booking on another date which you can choose at a more convenient time. We have regular classes either on location, at the Studio or in the local area where you are welcome to attend to use your booking for any of our available bookings. Unfortunately paid booking fees can't be utilised to pay for books, wallpapers, fabric or design services as these are sourced & not made in-house. Thank you for using our bookings system.
