In today's video, we are taking a closer look at the Aloe Vera in a watercolour demo.
The colours I'm using are Cobalt Teal, Lemon Yellow & a little bit of Quinacradone Rose. The free image below can be used by right clicking on the image & saving it on your device. You may use it for personal use and it would be lovely if you referred all future usage of the image back to me.
The paper block is an 8 inch x 8 inch Etchr Lab 50% cotton watercolour paper block & I've been using it for a few weeks now (this is my second one already & I love using it for quick painting demos, just like this one)
If you didn't know, you can read the description of every video below each video where it says "show more", there is all the relevant information around the specific video you are watching. This video about the Aloe Vera leaves is a full demo video where I talk you through every step from the beginning to the end, demonstrating each technique & showing you how I painted the leaves of the ever popular Aloe Vera. So even if you're a beginner, you can follow along after you've added your image to the watercolour paper.
The best results will come from high quality Artist Grade watercolour paper, watercolour paint and proper techniques.
